Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 24

Exemptions

1 The transfers to Ditidaht Development Corporation, Inc. No. BC0849563, of the properties described below on June 26, 2015 are exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:

District Lot 908, Renfrew District, as shown on Plan EPP51643,
P.I.D. 029-603-196;

Block A, District Lot 909, Renfrew District, as shown on Plan EPP51643,
P.I.D. 029-603-200.

Retroactive effect

2 This regulation is retroactive to June 26, 2015, with effect on and after that date.
