Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 25

Exemption

1 The transfer to Thuna Meh Mun-ah Holdings Inc., Inc. No. BC0962450, of the property described below on November 2, 2015 is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:

Section 40, Sooke District,
P.I.D. 029-695-902.

Retroactive effect

2 This regulation is retroactive to November 2, 2015, with effect on and after that date.
