Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 26

Exemption

1 The transfer to Malahat Nation Land Corporation, Inc. No. BC0962347, of the property described below on December 4, 2015 is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:

Lot A Block 141, Malahat District, Plan EPP51031
P.I.D. 029-606-110.

Retroactive effect

2 This regulation is retroactive to December 4, 2015, with effect on and after that date.
