Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 27

Exemption

1 The transfer to Songhees Nation Investment Corporation, Inc. No. BC0961948, of the property described below on February 16, 2016 is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:

Lot A of Lots 659 and 660, Victoria City, Plan EPP28096
P.I.D. 029-628-024.

Retroactive effect

2 This regulation is retroactive to February 16, 2016, with effect on and after that date.
