Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 28

Exemption

1 The transfers to Snaw-naw-as Holdings Ltd., Inc. No. BC0962528, of the properties described below on January 15, 2016 are exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:

Lot A, District Lot 156, Nanoose District, Plan EPP27509,
P.I.D. 029-292-166;

Lot B, District Lot 156, Nanoose District, Plan EPP27509,
P.I.D. 029-292-174.

Retroactive effect

2 This regulation is retroactive to January 15, 2016, with effect on and after that date.
