Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 29

Exemption

1 The transfer to 1007716 B.C. Ltd., Inc. No. BC1007716, of the property described below on November 27, 2015 is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:

Lot A, Block 18, Douglas District, Plan EPP51277,
P.I.D. 029-663-024.

Retroactive effect

2 This regulation is retroactive to November 27, 2015, with effect on and after that date.
