Prescribed time period
2 For the purposes of section 96.2 (3) (a) of the Act, the prescribed time period is 45 days for the following:
(a) a Board decision referred to in section 96.2 (1) (b) of the Act respecting a payment under section 73 (1) of the Act;
(b) a Board decision or order referred to in section 96.2 (1) (c) of the Act.
