Heritage Conservation Act

Provincial Heritage Register Regulation

Prescribed heritage property

1 (1) In this section, "Act" means the Heritage Conservation Act.

(2) A heritage site or heritage object that is acknowledged by the minister under section 18 of the Act is prescribed for the purposes of section 3 (1) (f) of the Act.
