Financial Administration Act

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Land Tax Deferment Act.

2 Authorization is given for the remission of application and renewal fees payable in respect of a deferral agreement requested by

(a) a person who meets the requirements of section 5 (2.1) of the Act for the 2009 or 2010 taxation year, or

(b) a person who meets the requirements of section 5 (2.3) of the Act for the 2010 or a subsequent taxation year.

Note: this regulation replaces B.C. Reg.102/2009.
