Wildlife Management Areas Regulation No. 4

South Arm Marshes Wildlife Management Area

1   The following areas of land, under the administration of the Minister of Environment, is designated as the South Arm Marshes Wildlife Management Area:

(a) all those lands and foreshore in the South Arm of the Fraser River situated in Groups 1 and 2, New Westminster District, and contained within the following described area:

Duck Island, being District Lot 591, Group 2, Barber Island, including District Lot 2759, Group 1 and Woodward Island together with all that foreshore adjacent to the said parcels and above the low water mark of Ladner Reach and Sea Reach as shown outlined in red on the attached sketch,

the whole containing 570 hectares, more or less;

(b) Rose and Kirkland Islands, legally known and described as

(i) Parcel Identifier 012-815-781, District Lot 534, Group 1, New Westminster District,

(ii) Parcel Identifier 012-815-829, District Lot 5879, Group 1, New Westminster District,

(iii) Parcel Identifier 012-815-624, District Lot 458, Group 1, New Westminster District,

from time to time above the natural boundary as defined in the Land Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 245, together with the accretions and less erosions to such portions of such lands;

(c) Ladner Marsh, legally known and described as

(i) Lot 782, Group 2, New Westminster District, and

(ii) Lot 783, Group 2, New Westminster District,

except Blocks A and C.

The map referred to in paragraph (a) is exempt from publication and may be inspected at the offices of the Wildlife Branch, Ministry of Environment, Victoria, B.C.
