Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 9
Exemption
1 Transfer of the property described below from the Corporation of the District of North Vancouver to KKBL No. 457 Ventures Ltd., resulting from the completion of Replotting Scheme No. 104, is exempt from payment of tax under the Property Transfer Tax Act:
Lot D, District Lot 611, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan BCP18708 PID 026-351-731
