Labour Mobility Act

Nurse Practitioners Exemption Regulation

 Definition

1  In this regulation:

"Act" means the Labour Mobility Act;

"occupation of nurse practitioner" means the set of jobs that is the same or substantially similar to the set of jobs that constitutes the practice of nursing as a nurse practitioner under the Health Professions Act.

 Nurse practitioner exemption

2  The occupation of nurse practitioner is exempt from the application of the Act.

 Repeal

3  Unless earlier repealed, this regulation is repealed September 30, 2011.
