Motor Dealer Exemption Regulation
Exemption
1 A motor dealer registered under the Motor Dealer Act is exempt from Part 1 of the Real Estate Act in respect of the sale of a mobile home where the transaction does not involve an interest in land other than a month-to-month lease or tenancy agreement or the assignment of a month-to-month lease or tenancy agreement of the land on which the mobile home is situated.
