Point Grey Campus Lands Regulation

Prescribed geographical area

1 For the purposes of the definition of "Point Grey campus lands" in section 35 of the Municipalities Enabling and Validating Act (No. 3), S.B.C. 2001, c. 44, the lands in the geographical area identified as the Point Grey campus lands on the attached map are the Point Grey campus lands.

Note: the map referred to in section 1 is exempt from publication and may be inspected at the Local Government Structure Branch of the Ministry of Community and Rural Development, 800 Johnson Street, Victoria, B.C.
