Regulation No. 31

Exemption

1 The transfer to Kaska ITA Land Corporation, Inc. No. 1076978, of the property described below on March 16, 2017, is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:

District Lot 7396, Cassiar District, PID 030-095-328.

Retroactive effect

2 This regulation is retroactive to March 16, 2017, with effect on and after that date.
