Property Transfer Tax Act

1 Any transfer to the government of the properties described below are exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:

District Lot 5176, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan EPP19197, PID 028-829-166;

District Lot 5182, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan EPP19197, PID 028-829-182;

Block A, District Lot 5186, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan EPP19197, PID 028-829-158;

Block A, District Lot 7249, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan EPP19196, PID 028-829-140.
