Information Regulation

46 Section 3 (2) (h) of the Information Regulation, B.C. Reg. 208/2010, is repealed and the following substituted:

(h) a person who

(i) is a licensee or former licensee within the meaning of the Health Professions and Occupations Act, and

(ii) is or was authorized under that Act or the Health Professions Act to practise the designated health profession of medicine, midwifery, nursing as a nurse practitioner, psychiatric nursing, pharmacy or dentistry; .
