Definitions

1   In this regulation:

"land" includes foreshore and land covered by water;

"reserve" means the mineral reserve established under section 2;

"reserve period" means the period beginning on December 1, 2025 and ending on December 1, 2026;

"site number" means the site number given in the registry to a particular area of land shown on an electronic map in the registry.

Temporary reserve established

2   A mineral reserve for all minerals is established for the reserve period over the area of land identified by site number 1007107 and site name Klappan CLPA — Zone A.

No registration of claims in reserve

3   A free miner must not register a claim in the reserve.

Coal land reserve

4   The coal land in the area referred to in section 2 is established as a coal land reserve.
