Public Service Labour Relations Regulations

Regulation title

1 These regulations may be cited as the Public Service Labour Relations Regulations.

Regulations and forms adopted

2 The regulations made and forms prescribed under the Labour Relations Code are hereby made applicable to all applications, proceedings or complaints before the board under the Public Service Labour Relations Act.

"Employer" defined

3 The "employer" referred to in the regulations made under the Labour Relations Code shall be for purposes of this Act the "government" as defined in the Public Service Labour Relations Act.

Signatures on documents

4 Applications, replies or other documents filed on behalf of the "government" under these regulations shall be signed by a person duly authorized in writing by the Public Service Commission to sign on its behalf.
