Economic Incentive and Stabilization Statutes Amendment Act, 2008
Depreciation (2009 Taxation Year) Regulation
No deduction for depreciation
1 For the purpose of determining the actual value of a property under section 25 [determination of "2007 value"] of the Economic Incentive and Stabilization Statutes Amendment Act, 2008, there is no deduction in respect of any depreciation of the property for the period beginning on July 1, 2007 and ending on
(a) October 31, 2008, if section 25 (4) of that Act applies to the property, or
(b) December 31, 2008, if section 25 (6) of that Act applies to the property.
