Pemberton Certified Seed Potato Control Area

1   The following described lands, namely all that part of the Lillooet Land District more particularly described as follows:

Firstly — Commencing at the southwest corner post of District Lot 210; thence westerly along the North Branch of the Lillooet River to the northwest corner post of District Lot 213; thence southeasterly along the main Lillooet River to the northeast corner of District Lot 205; thence south to the southeast corner of District Lot 205; thence west along the mountain to the southwest corner of District Lot 239; thence north to the northwest corner of District Lot 203; thence following the westerly side of all district lots in Pemberton Valley in a northwesterly direction to the southwest corner of District Lot 2669; thence north to the northwest corner of District Lot 3265; thence following the easterly side of all district lots in the Pemberton Valley in a southeasterly direction to the northwest corner of District Lot 210; thence south to the point of commencement.

Secondly — Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 210, Lillooet District; thence northerly along the westerly boundary of said Lot 210 to the northwest corner thereof; thence easterly along the northerly boundaries of Lots 210 and 209 to the northeast corner of said Lot 209; thence southerly along the easterly boundary of said Lot 209 and the southerly prolongation thereof to the northerly boundary of Lot 99; thence easterly and southerly along the northerly and easterly boundaries of said Lot 99 to the southeast corner thereof; thence easterly along the northerly boundary of Lot 98 to the northeast corner thereof; thence southwesterly along the southeasterly boundary of said Lot 98 to a point which lies 36  chains due west and 20 chains, more or less, due north of the northwest corner of Lot 5148; thence due south to the high-water mark on, the right bank of Lillooet River; thence in a general easterly direction along the said high-water mark on the right bank of Lillooet River to the northeast corner of aforesaid Lot 5148; thence southerly and westerly along the easterly and southerly boundaries of said Lot 5148 to the southwest corner thereof; thence westerly in a straight line to the southeast corner of Lot 208; thence westerly along the southerly boundaries of Lots 208, 207 and 206 to the southwest corner of said Lot 206; thence northerly along the easterly boundaries of Lots 205 and 204 to a point due west of the northwest corner of Lot 211; thence east to the said northwest corner of Lot 211; thence southeasterly along the southwesterly boundary of said Lot 211 to the aforesaid southwest corner of Lot 210, being the point of commencement, together with Lot 212 and Indian Reserve No. 3 (Ne-such)

are constituted a certified seed potato control area under the name "Pemberton Certified Seed Potato Control Area".
