Schedule

80 Section 192 of the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 241/2016, is amended

(a) in subsection (1) by repealing the definitions of "dentist" and "veterinarian",

(b) in subsection (1) by repealing the definition of "pharmacist" and substituting the following:

"pharmacist" means a person who is authorized under the Health Professions and Occupations Act to practise the designated health profession of pharmacy. , and

(c) in subsection (6) (b) (ii) by striking out "Health Professions Act" and substituting "Health Professions and Occupations Act".
