Protected Areas (Environmental Assessment Act) Regulation

Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Environmental Assessment Act.

Prescribed protected areas

2 The areas set out in Column 2 of the following table, established by the enactments set out opposite in Column 1, are prescribed as protected areas for the purposes of section 16 (2) (c) (ii) of the Act:
