Section 2 (a) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 79/2016, effective March 16, 2016.

(a) the person is born on or after January 1, 2007;

Section 3 (1) (b) (i), (ii) and (iii) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 79/2016, effective March 16, 2016.

(i) the number of children who reached the age of 6, 7 or 8 years in 2015 and who were subject, in that year, to a custody order under Part 3 of the Child, Family and Community Service Act that placed the child in the custody of a director,

(ii) the number of children who reached the age of 6, 7 or 8 years in 2015 and for whom, in that year, a director was the personal guardian under section 51 of the Infants Act, and

(iii) the number of children who reached the age of 6, 7 or 8 years in 2015 and for whom, in that year, an adoption director was the guardian under section 24 or 75 of the Adoption Act.
