Small Claims Rules

4 Rules 7 (12) and (13) and 7.5 (13.1), (13.2) and (14) (g) of the Small Claims Rules, B.C. Reg. 261/93, are amended by striking out "Health Professions Act" wherever it appears and substituting "Health Professions and Occupations Act".
