1 The Small Claims Rules, B.C. Reg. 261/93, are amended in Schedule A

(a) in item 17, in the column entitled "($)" opposite paragraph (a), by striking out "80" and substituting "100",

(b) in item 17, in the column entitled "($)" opposite paragraph (b), by striking out "60" and substituting "105",

(c) in item 18, in the column entitled "($)" opposite paragraph (a), by striking out "75" and substituting "100",

(d) in item 18, in the column entitled "($)" opposite paragraph (b), by striking out "55" and substituting "105", and

(e) in item 19, in the column entitled "($)", by striking out "0.50" and substituting "0.65".
