Township of Langley

1 Sections 903 (5) and 917 of the Local Government Act apply to the Corporation of the Township of Langley, in relation to the entire geographic area of that municipality, on and after July 28, 1997.

City of Abbotsford

2 Sections 903 (5) and 917 of the Local Government Act apply to the City of Abbotsford, in relation to the entire geographic area of the municipality, on and after July 19, 1999.

The Corporation of Delta

3 Sections 903 (5) and 917 of the Local Government Act apply to the council of The Corporation of Delta, in relation to the entire geographic area of that municipality, on and after the date this section takes effect.
