Schedule 4

1 Section 1 (1) of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended

(a) by repealing the definition of "family bonus", and

(b) by repealing paragraph (b) of the definition of "recurring supplement".

2 Sections 58 and 59 are repealed.

3 Section 2 of Schedule A is amended

(a) by repealing subsection (2) (b) (i),

(b) in subsection (2) (b) (iii) by striking out "section 59 [supplement for delayed, suspended or cancelled family bonus] or 59.1" and substituting "section 59.1", and

(c) in subsections (3) and (4) (a) and (b) by striking out "the family bonus or".

4 Section 1 (a) of Schedule B is amended

(a) by adding the following subparagraphs:

(iii.2) the BC basic family bonus;

(iii.3) the national child benefit supplement; , and

(b) by repealing subparagraph (iv).

5 Section 10 of Schedule B is amended

(a) in subsection (0.1) by repealing the definition of "backdated family bonus payment",

(b) in subsection (0.1) in the definition of "supplement" by striking out "section 59 [supplement for delayed, suspended or cancelled family bonus] or 59.1" and substituting "section 59.1",

(c) in subsection (1) by striking out "a backdated family bonus payment or",

(d) in subsection (1) (a) by striking out "the backdated family bonus payment or" and by striking out ", as applicable,",

(e) in subsection (1) (b) by striking out "the backdated family bonus payment or" and by striking out ", as applicable",

(f) in subsection (2) by striking out "a family bonus or",

(g) in subsection (3) by striking out "family bonus or", and

(h) in subsection (3) (a) and (b) by striking out "section 58 [advance for lost or stolen family bonus cheque] or 58.1" and substituting "section 58.1".

6 Section 2 of Schedule D is amended

(a) in subsection (0.1) by repealing the definition of "backdated family bonus payment",

(b) in subsection (0.1) in the definition of "supplement" by striking out "section 59 [supplement for delayed, suspended or cancelled family bonus] or 59.1" and substituting "section 59.1",

(c) by repealing subsection (2) (b) (i),

(d) in subsection (2) (b) (iii) by striking out "section 59 [supplement for delayed, suspended or cancelled family bonus] or 59.1" and substituting "section 59.1",

(e) in subsection (3) and (4) by striking out "the family bonus or" wherever it appears,

(f) in subsection (7) by striking out "a backdated family bonus payment or",

(g) in subsection (7) (a) by striking out "the backdated family bonus payment or" and by striking out ", as applicable,",

(h) in subsection (7) (b) by striking out "the backdated family bonus payment or" and by striking out ", as applicable",

(i) in subsection (8) by striking out "a family bonus or",

(j) in subsection (9) by striking out "family bonus or", and

(k) in subsection (9) (a) and (b) by striking out "section 58 [advance for lost or stolen family bonus cheque] or 58.1" and substituting "section 58.1".

7 Section 6 of Schedule D is amended

(a) by adding the following paragraphs:

(a.2) the BC basic family bonus;

(a.3) the national child benefit supplement; , and

(b) by repealing paragraph (c).
