Exemption Regulation No. 5

Transactions exempted

1 For the purpose of implementing Replotting Scheme No. 101 of the Corporation of the District of North Vancouver

(a) the transfers of land legally described under the heading "Existing Parcels" in the attached Schedule from the owners of the land to the corporation of the District of North Vancouver, and

(b) the transfers of land legally described under the heading "New Parcels" in the attached Schedule from the Corporation of the District of North Vancouver to the owners of the land

are taxable transactions exempted under the Property Transfer Tax Act from tax.
