Appendix 2

1 Section 11 (1) of the Short-Term Rental Accommodations Regulation, B.C. Reg. 268/2023, is amended

(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out "March 31" and substituting "the last day of February", and

(b) by repealing paragraph (b) (i) and substituting the following:

(i) starts on the following date:

(A) in the case of a request described in section 15 (1) (a) [removal from exempt land] of the Act, November 1 of the calendar year of the reference date;

(B) in the case of a request described in section 15 (1) (b) [addition to exempt land] of the Act, June 1 of the calendar year of the reference date, and .
