(a) restrained by a leash not longer than 2 meters, or

Section 7 (3) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 223/2015, effective January 18, 2016.

(3) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to a guide animal as defined in the Guide Animal Act or to an animal employed by a peace officer in the course of that peace officer's duties.
