| 8 | Before January 1, 2027, if an investment fund complies with Parts 4, 5, 6 and 7 of National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure as they were in force on April 21, 2026 and Parts 2 and 4 of National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds as they were in force on April 21, 2026, Parts 2 and 4 of National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds as amended by this Instrument do not apply to the investment fund. |
| 9 | Before January 1, 2027, if an investment fund complies with Part 6 of National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds as it was in force on April 21, 2026, the investment fund is not required to comply with Part 6 of National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds as amended by this Instrument. |
