 Limited exemption

2  (1)  The Transportation Investment Corporation is exempted from the application of section 16 [annual service plan reports] of the Budget Transparency and Accountability Act for the 2008/2009 fiscal year.

(2)  The following organizations are exempted from the application of sections 13 [service plans] and 16 [annual service plan reports] of the Budget Transparency and Accountability Act for the 2009/2010 fiscal year:

(a) Transportation Investment Corporation;

(b) Private Career Training Institutions Agency.
