 Section 1 definitions of "Act" and "project number" BEFORE amended by BC Reg 202/2023, effective September 1, 2023.

"Act" means the Oil and Gas Activities Act;

"project number" means the number assigned to each project by the commission for identification purposes;

 Section 2 (4) and (8) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 202/2023, effective September 1, 2023.

(4) A geophysical permit holder must file a final plan with the commission within 60 days after the date of completion.

(8) If the project involves the drilling of shot holes, the permit holder must maintain a map showing the location and identifying number of each shot hole and, when requested by an official, submit the map to the commission.
