Exemption from limitation on extension of certificate

1   Section 31 (4) (a) of the Environmental Assessment Act, as it limits the number of times that a deadline specified in an environmental assessment certificate may be extended, does not apply in relation to the reviewable project described in Environmental Assessment Certificate # M09-02 if the deadline is not extended beyond January 14, 2021.
