Emission inspection centres

1   For the purpose of section 17 (1) of the Insurance Corporation Act, the permitted cost of services provided by the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia to operate emissions inspection centres anywhere in British Columbia under Division 40 of B.C. Reg. 26/58, the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, is the entire amount of the fee it collects under Item 13 of the Schedule to B.C. Reg. 334/91, the Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation, for each vehicle emission inspection or vehicle emission reinspection.
