Section 4 (b) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 24/2025, effective April 1, 2025.

(b) in relation to the diesel fuel category,

(i) biomass-derived diesel fuel, and

(ii) biodiesel;

Section 4 (a) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 24/2025, effective January 1, 2026.

(a) in relation to the gasoline category,

(i) biomass-derived gasoline,

(ii) biomass-derived ethanol, and

(iii) biomass-derived naphtha;
