Low Carbon Fuels (Technical) Regulation,

amended by B.C. Reg. 24/2025

effective January 1, 2026

Schedule 2

1 Section 4 of the Low Carbon Fuels (Technical) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 295/2023, is amended by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:

(a) in relation to the gasoline category,

(i) biomass-derived gasoline produced in Canada,

(ii) biomass-derived ethanol produced in Canada, and

(iii) biomass-derived naphtha produced in Canada; .
