Offences prescribed

1   The following offences under the Motor Vehicle Act are prescribed for the purposes of section 15.3 (1) of the Offence Act:

(a) section 140 — disobeying construction signs;

(b) section 146 (1) — speeding in or outside a municipality;

(c) section 146 (3) — speeding against a highway sign;

(d) section 146 (7) — speeding against a municipal sign;

(e) section 147 (1) — speeding in a school zone;

(f) section 147 (2) — speeding in a playground zone.
