Application of this regulation

1   This regulation applies to the minister designated as an official without portfolio and without title in Order in Council 497/2022 and Order in Council 657/2022 for the 2022/2023 fiscal year.

Definition

2   In this regulation, "Act" means the Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act.

Expected results

3   The expected results that the minister designated as an official without portfolio and without title is to achieve for the purposes of section 5 (3) of the Act are as follows:

(a) continue to support and promote the priorities of government;

(b) continue to meet with key stakeholders to support diversity and inclusion in communities;

(c) promote community events that further reconciliation with Indigenous peoples;

(d) submit to Cabinet a report on the results referred to in paragraphs (a) through (c) on or before March 31, 2023.
