 Section 7 definition of "producer" BEFORE amended by BC Reg 64/2021, effective March 11, 2021.

"producer" means a farmer who transports or distributes only poultry raised on his or her own farm;

 Section 12 (d) table BEFORE amended by BC Reg 10/2017, effective January 31, 2017.

Transition

18   (1) A person who holds a licence to purchase live poultry issued under the Live, Dressed and Eviscerated Poultry Regulation before the repeal of that regulation

(a) is deemed to hold a poultry buyers licence issued under this regulation, expiring on March 31, 2017, and

(b) continues, until the licence expires, to be subject to all terms and conditions, if any, of the licence that are consistent with the Act and this regulation.

(2) This section is repealed March 31, 2018.
