Section 1 definition of "ITA" BEFORE repealed by BC Reg 253/2022, effective December 1, 2022.

"ITA" means the Industry Training Authority established under section 2 of the Industry Training Authority Act.

Section 1 definition of "SkilledTradesBC" was added by BC Reg 253/2022, effective December 1, 2022.

Section 2 BEFORE amended by BC Reg 253/2022, effective December 1, 2022.

2 For the purposes of section 3 (2) (a) of the Act, the ITA is a prescribed regulatory authority.
