Section 1, definition of "producer" BEFORE amended by BC Reg 76/2022, effective March 30, 2022.

"producer" means an operator who transports or distributes domestic eggs produced only on his or her own farm;

(2) A person who distributes rejects must keep, at his or her facility, a record containing at least the following information with respect to each transaction in which rejects were distributed:
