Transmission Corporation Act

Applicability Regulation

 Applicability

1  (1)  The following apply to the British Columbia Transmission Corporation:

(a) the Electrical Safety Act;

(b) sections 99 (3) and 128 (4) (a) and (c) of the Family Relations Act;

(c) the Hotel Room Tax Act;

(d) the Motor Fuel Tax Act;

(e) the Social Service Tax Act;

(f) the Tobacco Tax Act;

(g) section 34 of the Hydro and Power Authority Act;

(h) the Carbon Tax Act;

(i) the Consumption Tax Rebate and Transition Act.

(2)  For the purposes of subsection (1) (g), a reference to the authority in section 34 of the Hydro and Power Authority Act, as it applies for the purposes of this regulation, is deemed to be a reference to the transmission corporation.
