Young Offenders (British Columbia) Act
Application of Legislation Regulation
Young Offenders Act (Canada) applies
1 For the purposes of proceedings referred to in section 4 (1) of the Young Offenders Act, except where the court process is in relation to a ticket information as defined in that Act, section 68 of the Young Offenders Act (Canada) is prescribed.
