Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 13
Exemption
1 Transfer to Ucluth Development Corporation of the property described below is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act:
Block A, District Log 468, Clayoquot District as shown on Plan VIP87462, PID 028-106-946
Retroactive effect
2 This regulation is retroactive to December 15, 2009, with effect on and after that date.
