Community Charter

Responsible Minister Regulation

[Last amended August 4, 2020 by B.C. Reg. 198/2020]

Definition

1   In this regulation, "Act" means the Community Charter.

Responsible ministers designated

2   The minister set out in Column 1 of the Table is designated as the minister responsible in relation to the matters set out opposite in Column 2 for the purposes of section 9 of the Act:
