Corridor Protection Land Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation

Exemption

1 The government is exempted from the payment of property transfer tax on the transfer to it of land specified as corridor protection land under order in council 889/99 (B.C. Reg. 249/99) or order in council 1355/99 (B.C. Reg. 323/99).
