Prescribed Bank and Loan Transfer Date Regulation
1 The Royal Bank of Canada is prescribed for the purposes of section 14 (1) (a) (i) of the British Columbia Enterprise Corporation Act1.
| 1 | This regulation was made under the British Columbia Enterprise Corporation Loan Privatization Act, S.B.C. 1989, chapter 44, which was consolidated with the British Columbia Enterprise Corporation Act in the Revised Statutes of British Columbia 1996, and now forms sections 10 to 17 of that Act. |
