Application Modification Regulation No. 1

Applicability of Municipal Act provision

1 The application of section 605 (1) of the Municipal Act to the municipality is modified to the extent that, instead of obtaining the consent of the electors to the disposal of a gas distribution system, the municipality may, before the disposal, obtain the consent of at least 75% of the current customers of the gas distribution system.
